The program will: Examine current effective mathematics teaching and learning practices. Build a set of practical resources for teaching and learning mathematics with primary school students. Model effective practice. Re-examine mathematical content knowledge through topics that are "tricky" to teach and learn (for example, algebra). Give participants choice of a number of workshops during the day. Provide participants with a Monash Certificate of Course Completion.
