I have been working in the public sector as a Scientific Program Manager since 1999 and then as an executive Director since 2013. I am Proficient in technologies/innovations diffusion research and competent in applying Econometrics and Engineering Economy in policy analysis. I have done four dissertations in different subjects in English medium as partial fulfillment of my degrees.



I am also competent in proof reading and editing documents, dissertations and technical reports especially in in science and law.

Educational Background

I have a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in engineering in the field of Techno-Economics and Policies from the College of Engineering, Seoul National University, South Korea in 2007. I researched in diffusion of innovations for my doctoral dissertation. I received my B.Sc. (in 1993) with chemistry, physics and geology as subjects and my M.Phil. (in 1997) in Aquatic Geochemistry, both from the University of Peradeniya. Currently I am also reading for a Bachelors Degree in Laws (L L B).
