Theresia is an Agriculturalist/Agricultural Economist with a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Economics and Management from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Beijing, People’s Republic of China. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Agricultural Management from the Polytechnic of Namibia, currently known as Namibia University of Science and Technology as well as a National Diploma in Agriculture from the University of Namibia – Ogongo Campus. She has three (3) years experience in crop research and development, data collection and analysis, as well as report writing to inform, influence, and improve the business decisions of clients and agricultural organizations. Her master’s research focused on the analysis of grain production capability and national food security in Namibia. In addition, she has further 3 years experience in horticulture and crop production (organic and inorganic farming), pest and disease management, marketing of agricultural produce and possess further knowledge in promotion of GAP and horticultural production techniques aligned to new technologies. Development of production plan with better planting, cultivation and harvesting techniques for optimum yield and return on investments. Development of growing protocols and SOP affiliated with the cultivation.



I am from a village called Oukwandongo village in Omusati regionin Northern Namibia, I consider myself as energetic, hard working and self motivated individual.

Educational Background

I have Master of science degree in Agricultural Economics and Management, A Bachelor of Agricultural Management as well as National diploma in Agriculture.

Tutoring Experience

I have been a Moderator for mini thesis at Namibia University of Science and Technology since 2018 on apart time basis for Agribusiness honor's student, and I was a Head Trainer at an Agricultural Vocational Training Centre in 2018, and also help train and supervise graduate students who were under going training in precision desert agriculture at Shalom farm in Swakopmund from September 2019 - March 2020.
